We have been learning about Museums and are using the sculptor Anthony Gormley (his best known works include Angel of the North) as an example. His sculpture ' Field' exhibits the work of 200,000 people who made a sculpture using the following instructions:
It was important that it was through the repeated action of touching, forming, placing apart from the body and making conscious, that each person found their own form. The extraordinary thing was the distinctiveness of the forms that were found.
