Flowering Shrubs is a nursery catering for 2 - 5 year old children offering a walking bus to local nurseries.

Children have access to a wide range of activities inside and outside combining free and more structured play. There are many ways in which children learn. As a result, our activities promote Creative Play with a range of painting, cutting and modelling; Physical Play using balls, mats, hoops, bikes and slides. Social Play in the Home Corner which will reflect the topics we are learning about (for eg a café) when we are learning about food; Communication – Role play using the appropriate language and tools. A wide range of floor play consisting of garage, vehicles, farm animals’, blocks and building. This will encourage social development.
